When did you last clean out your brushes?

What sort of cleaning regime do you have with regard to cleaning your brushes?

Every time I use them.  Sloshing them across frames/glass/sills with a constant flow of pure water through them automatically washes them.  It's the same as rubbing clothes on an old fashioned washboard.
