The Roof Maintenance product is a revolutionary break through product. It can be applied after a roof is cleaned and algae and mildew growth will not grow for up to 2 years.
It is available packed 4 - 1 gallon containers to a case or in 5 gallon pails.
The last time that I posted this topic, there was quite a bit of interest. I thought I would rekindle that interest.
One of the questions was will it kill weeds ? This is an unadvertised bonus of the product. Since that topic was brought up, I tested it on some very tough weeds. After the application they were gone in 1 week.
For the roof application, 1 gallon of the product makes 10 gallons of ready to use for application.
The application is to spray it on and leave it. Every time it rains the product activates to fight any new growth.
I applied it on my blackened roof ( algae and mildew ) without cleaning it and after a few months and some rain, my roof became perfectly clean and stayed in that condition. The problem is that not one customer is willing to pay and wait to see that happen. That is why the cleaning must be done first and then the application of the product as an extra service. A periodic spraying can be done as part of a customer agreement and you have this account locked in.
The method to apply:
1) pump up sprayer
2) back pack sprayer
3) electric demand pump with tank ( hose and gun are pulled up on the roof )
The 3rd item is the means that most of our customers apply the roof maintenance product.
The pricing has gone down considerably since we have started marketing the product. There has been at least 6 different inquiries and all have not ordered for handling the freight bill for bringing enough product over has been prohibitive. The main reason that I have posted this topic is to see if a cooperation can be established to share the costs. We are in the new milenium and there are products available that can make a difference. I invite questions and I will be happy to get a freight quote to palletize some cases for shipping to one location.
