hi guys,     i got a letter from woolsafe the other week telling me to stop using the woolsafe aproved logo on my leaflets. Ive been using the one that is on products that i use so i just assumed it was ok for me to display it. they had a copy of my leaflet so i assume a cc who got it through their door sent it to them.
I of course will not have anymore printed with the logo on them but i personnally dont see why i cant advertise that i use woolsafe approved products, it would be different if i was using the logo that states " certified operator " but im not.
anyway thats my moan over im just letting you know in case anyone else is using it

The WOOLSAFE Mark and the WOOLSAFE Certified Operator Mark are registered certification marks owned by The WOOLSAFE Organisation as such can only be used by companies approved by the Woolsafe Organisation.

I can't see the problem if you just say your products are woolsafe certified, surely thats not breaching any trademarks.
