http://www.amtechuk.biz/parts_centre.php
7HR021 - Kit A, Tec Twin Plunger and Seals
7HR034 - Kit B, Value Repair Kit
7HR040 - Kit C, .160 Cam Bearing
http://www.pumptec.com/PDFs/schematics/205V-FINAL.pdf
It's not that difficult to do, just follow schematic, and pay attention
to where the parts came from.

Spanners for the hoses, not sure but 3/4" seem to ring a bell,
a set of imperial allen keys, again not sure which size off hand
possibly 7/32".
a flat bladed screwdriver to drift the bearing loose on the thread,
and a hammer to tap the screwdriver with.
What symptoms are you getting with the pump.

Amtech recommend every 480 hours.
mine did 2500 hours or thereabouts before problems.
Personally if the pump is running fine, and not dropping
pressure or very noisy, i wouldn't bother. If it's just noisy
replace the bearing.

I more or less agree with AJB's approach above.
But there is one thing I still do even if the pump is running fine. At 12 months, or before if I have to open the case up, I will simply remove the pump head and apply some grease to the bearing. It's just 4 allen bolts and any other items you need to remove to gain access. In my machine I just remove 1 vac motor (1 screw) and the pump mounting. I don't even need to disconnect any hoses.
Safe and happy cleaning
The Ken
