Shurflo repair?

100 psi Shurflo does not suck any water!
Dia's wash out, so no debris, motor turning, but still nothing.
I've checked all the old posts, but still draw a blank.
Any suggestions?

its traped air take connections off and sook the water and air out, outlet side

or the diaphragms gone. not very common unless its seen a lot of use
