Trad pole work

Hi guys, just curious as to how many use this method? I use traditional methods at the mo and am gobsmacked how easy it is (especially on sash windows etc) to just use a washer/squeegee combo, then touch up with the scrim.
I tested it out the other day and checked with customer and they were more than happy. Didn't even get ladders off Van. Works better on certain windows though.
Anyone else ever use this method??
