richy, I have looked at the hose reel, there a chucks out of powder coating not bad IMO about inch  times a a few on the im outside of reel, I have 4 like this and use all the time, I am just clearing some gear I dont need,  come and pick it up I cannot be bothered to post it m8 sry I am being honest, welcome to pick it up and hae a chin wag. if you dont anyone else is welcome, save yourself about £80 from new price no vat.
