I only listened to when Mr Proctor stopped talking about spirituality and started talking about money; so about halfway through.

And from what I heard it's a bit like 'when Buddhism meets Capitalism' and to be honest, no spiritual tradition I know of aims to make you rich, they aim to make you happy and that's got very little to do with money, so I reckon the guy is selling snake oil.

So how much money does he want out of us?  I bet he's not doing this for free - that youtube thing is an advert for something else where you have to hand over your cash to get more information.

If you've got to part with any money to Mr Proctor or his business, then I would think very carefully.  Spirituality should by like air; free (apart from donations to self support whatever it is your supporting).

Well done Tosh   :D
you got part of the story, yes sure he wants money from what he teaches, and if you are smart, you can get it from the World Wide Web  for free , ;) well at least 70% of the information that he teach . But then again he is in business like the rest of us, but he can do it much better and earn TONS of money, this is my point that if you want earn very good money he is the man who we can all learn from.  ;)

Bosh, if it's working for you, that's good.  I try to keep an open mind, but I'm afraid any spiritual philosophy that teaches you how to make a load of money goes against the grain of anything of a spiritual nature that I've ever come across.

I will agree that leading a spiritual life can make you money, but only as a by-product of being able to maintain good relations with our fellow human beings, keeping a positive mental attitude, and that sort of stuff; however any spiritual tradition whose end aim is to make nothing more than mere money is a con and won't work.  'Grasping' for more material wealth than is what is genuinely needed is actually counter productive to leading a spiritual life in any true religion or spiritual philosophy.

This isn't my opinion, it's the wisdom of people far far wiser than myself.

Now, I'm not saying that running a big business is bad; and I would like to think that the guys who genuinely run successful businesses and employ do so from the position that they care for the staff who work for them and want the business to be successful from the point of view of being able to provide decent jobs for people who need it; or something along those lines.

And as a by product of this, the staff make the employer a lot of money.

Being 'spiritual' is mostly about just being good, so personally I still think this Mr Proctor guy is selling snake oil.

I have a copy of "the secret" it’s is a very good motivational DVD with some very interesting theories.
I am sure the makers have made a ton of cash from both the DVD and the book but put into context, if you take on board some of the ideas it will help give you a positive attitude towards your business and therefore pay for itself many times over. (If indeed you paid for it in the first place)  ;)
It’s not a religious thing, if it was I would have turned it off immediately as I don’t go for all that nonsense.

I enjoy watching this type of thing, another good watch is “Zietgeist”  (you tube it). It will certainly make you think!!

Well done guys, I whish that more and more people join in to this program, this way there wont be any more wars, or prejudice and every one living in harmony.  I have been involve in this for the past nine months and everything in my life is going strength to strength. I must say though some time is very difficult to understand some part of it, because of what we all have been programmed from childhood to behave as we behave which is thinking negative about people and things  that happen in our life, but if you stick to it, you will be amazed of your inner power.
