Converting customers from trad to wfp
« on: May 16, 2010, 10:42:34 pm »
Hi all...

I use WFP but I'm about to take on a load of trad jobs that I intend to convert over to WFP.

I've done this in the past with good results by sending out a letter explaining the ins and outs of it all, but thought I'd just ask to see if any of you have had to do the same thing and if so, how you handled it to keep the the new customers happy etc?

As I've said, I've just left all the customers a letter explaining how I clean the windows and what the water does etc, so that they get the gist of it and then hope the clean windows speak for themselves as it were.

Any other thoughts would be welcome as I'd really like to minimise any cancelations due to the change over.

Thanks in advance.

Jamie

the more you say about wfp the more concerned will they be and ask more questions. just clean it with wfp and shortly explain the benefits, thats it. emphasize more on the safety advantages for their property and yourself.

I would not make a big thing of safty as this is your problem. Tell them whats good for them. as customers. Glass stays cleaner not soap build up etc.
