I turned up at this job after the customer phoned me up to give her a quote. She was happy with the quote and at the same time i picked her neighbour up to. Went to do both a week later, no problem. Next month did the neighbor and then she comes out and says not to day i have a headache. The following month not today I'm decorating One more lady i thought and your binned. Then this month i decided to do her first Not today the house is still in a mess after decorating. OK no problem i said you have cancelled 3 months running so im going to drop you as customer because of my 3 cancellation policy. She called mr a w**ker and slammed the door in my face.  I have picked up two more in the street   and her windows still have bird poo since Late February.

Maybe you should have said "Not today as I'm going home early for a w"
