Hi Niel
I use alltecs pomite pe cleaner and find this very good  I also use chemspec express lane which also does well

However I am using a truckmount so the heat is quite high on some jobs depending on the carpet.

We find that with any prespray  you need to work it in well and allow dwell time it work

hope this helps

Neil,

Alltec do a couple of traffic lane cleaners as do Prochem, Extracta Etc.

It is necessary to allow dwell time for the surfactants to break down the dirt.

This can be accelerated by agitation , i.e agitating with a stiff brush.

Alternatively you can use microsplitters which do not require dwell time but need agitaion.

I suggest you try a few different ones and see which works best for you.

I have Alltec,Prochem , Craftex Ms and Solutions MS on my van plus a couple of my own formulations.

Cheers,

Doug

I find Alltecs most expensive one works well.

When I first got Ultimate Master it was told you could also use it asa Prespray.

I somtimes wonder if I overkill, using a Traffic lane Cleaner

I also wonder if the netrulising propities of Ultimate Masterare comprimised

Should I use an Acid rince aswell

Hi Neil

Traffic lane need to be pre- cleaned before the mail clean. You should vacuum thoroughly with a brush action vacuum then spray a good prep which should be agitated with a brushing machine. you can then carry out your main clean and should get good results, We use a prep from Carpetguard called Spray & clean.
