anyone made a sprayer for getting tfr to fascias ?
« on: May 06, 2010, 10:23:06 pm »
Wondered if anyone has made a sprayer on a pole to get tfr up to the fascias ?

I've got a 5L fence sprayer that I use to spray conny roofs with. I bodged something together last year, it leaked all over the place and me. was wondering if anyone had a better solution ?

Maybe even pictures ;)

I've done much the same as what you've done but get your hands on a proper 8L pump up sprayer as carpet cleaners use. (60 psi or more)
Tube running up the side of the pole attached to the trigger.
Fit a brush jet at the end of the tube.
Jobs a good un.

Sure thing, it's called a backpack. Easy to mix the tfr in too. Just make sure you rinse it out properly.

i use my shurflo back pack on setting 1 , applies tfr , and scrubs in one , leave 10 mins or so (depending on weather) then connect pole to van mount and wash/rinse off, easy.

Stick a fitting on the sprayer that will connect to pole and fit a tap. Will easily reach 40ft fascias.
