Well done Jim.
You will only loose half a night sleep next time.

Been waiting for a call back myself since last Friday.
Thursday I did the bedroom, landing and stairs in a nice victorian house, then used Protect Nano to finish.
All looked ok when I left.
During Thursday evening (I was out with my phone on silent), she called me twice and left a voice message on my office phone.
Breathing fire, I had ruined her carpets, she wanted a new carpet, compensation, refitted, we taking photos for the solicitor etc - it had rippled.
It was 10pm on Thursday when I picked up her messsge so I text her back and left a message something like
"its not common for a carpet to ripple but it does happen. By this time tomorrow evening it will be flat again".
Not heard a dicky bird from her since - I guess she may be a bit embarrassed after her rant on the Thursday evening. Cant blame her though - I have only seen rippling 3 times in 18 years, so it must be frightening when the custy comes home and the carpet is waving at her.
