It has come to my attention that we have lost so many guys that used to post on this forum I find there contribution a loss to this forum. Does anyone one else noticed this and why do you think this has happened?

I don’t think it matters one bit if people leave the forum, new guys with a wealth of information and new ideas will always join.

I have been using this forum since 2003, (under a different name then) and most of the "good ole boys" have gone but it’s still a great place.
It needs to constantly evolve otherwise it gets stagnant and boring.

I think it's just a natural cycle of forums,

people arrive, make a few posts then get to know people and find answers to questions then finally get bored and move on.
