Tips !

Got my biggest tip yesterday...£15

Felt a little guilty tho, cos the guy was actually unemployed...but he insisted I take it !  :-[

Kind of restores your faith in human nature. I often find that the biggest "tippers" are the ones who've got nowt !

Last year went to a job where I knew the guy worked for Hewlit Packard as a printing guy.

At the time, I was having problems printing 180 gms postcards on my b&w laser printer. They would not go through the printer.
It was a project where I wanted to print reminders on postcards rather than sending envelopes.

I asked his advice and he said....heres a HP colour laser printer in my garage...you can have it, it's full of toner and there is a box full of toner you can have with it!

The printer is bloody huge, but it's the best tip I ever had. With the toner it's worth hundreds.
It will last me a couple of years and then it goes to the dump unless I find cheap toner off ebay ;D

a few £20s, £50 once. Mostly just £5s tho. Also lots of bottles of alcohol and a playstaion 2 once too :)

A very successful businessman told me once that if you dont get tipped its because you have priced just right i.e. your wheren't too cheap in thier eyes.

Wasn't suggesting they weren't Derek. Had a conversation with the girl who cut's my hair a few years ago during which she complained, "The tax office assume a certain level of tips and tax her accordingly". If she cannot prove a lower level of tips she has to pay the tax.

I spent 30 years working in the agricultural industry. Common practice used to be that when an animal was sold the seller would pay 'luck money' to the purchaser. The revenue then started to tax farmers for the 'luck money' as income. Result, end of luck money.

I also used to have a tied cottage as part of my job in agriculture. The revenue then started to call that a 'payment in kind' and, substantially, increased my tax.

My point being, give the revenue an inch and they'll take a fiver. How do you prove your not getting tip's?

I always price in units of £5      £45  £95 etc and generally find people
round it up to the next whole    £50  £100 etc.

You all have very low cost and very high cost paid services if it is very low then there is no gurantee that they clean your home properly and if it is very high then you can't effort these services. So you have to search for a cleaning company which provide the best cleaning solution at low cost. On the internet there are many copanies which are providing best capet cleaning solution and also offering carpet cleaning franchise with lots of business opportunity.

Mark ,, How much did you pay the site sponsors for that ad ? , ,,,,,,O I see ,, that is how you can afford such a low cost franchise,,, I followed your company round Hull a couple of years ago drying out properties properly after you lol.

Most on here do not like opportunists,  this though is funny and entertaining....

Multitacking staff..

It gets better ,,monthly royalties are only double Chem -Dry , the market leader with a brand established for 23 years, I think someone has been sniffing glue!

For a franchise company you'd think the grammar and spelling would
be spot on on their website.
Some of it reads like pidgin english.
