Been asked to quote 2 big units for cladding and another for windows, I havent got the time to do the cladding work so wondering if there is anyone in the area....

Dont think its the units you state as theyve only just been built, Im doing the windows on the office blocks but the lady who asked me too look at the job yesterday added that the site manager has asked for the cladding to be done too, the windows are booked in but cladding needs doing by weekend of 15th May, its a 2 man job or 1 man 2 and 1/2 days I recon.

The Ones we done have just been built. We done the first clean as they were pulling off site (A right lash up) 4 buildings in total, what i can remember the building at the Entrance is called enterprise House. The job was ok but we were working right behind the lads that were doing the Builders Clean, tripping over each other... was not ideal at all. I think the agent was panicking big time so he just got everyone in at once. Volkerfitzpatrick was the Builders.

This site hasnt had any cleaning done yet, theres 3 blocks, 2 units with cladding the other is offices, heres the offices

sorry to but in guys, i done a job similar to this and each unit took a day. Ihad two units and charged £600 per unit. NIIICE
