they look pretty good. Good price too.  I just bought a 17' carbon fibre a few weeks ago, would have tried the 18' CL-X if I'd known!

I wouldn't mind trying a cl-x when they are out. Cornwall is a long way to go to try one.

Are gardiners at any of the cleaning shows?

I have a 26ft CL-X on order and I currently have a 28ft X-Tel. The weight of the CL-X is 4lbs and while I don't know the exact weight of my X-Tel I know it's over 8lbs.

i think they look good value for money for a composite pole, compare the hybrid price to clx

17ft hybrid-1200 grams- £173        18ft clx 1050 grams £85

just compare them,
