The guys said he cleaned the frames as well, so I guess he had to place his ladders like that to be able to reach.  Personally, I've never done 'tops only'.

did anyone see the other one were the annoying devil chucks a bucket of brown water over a window a window cleaner had just finished cleaning??

we do some tops only its just a pound less than it would cost to do the whole houseso its worth it

they look like clows ladders i think the sell online as well but they are based in glasgow
