Unfortunately my nearest store requires a 200 mile round trip, plus 6 hours on a ferry (3 hours both ways)!
Internet shopping is alot easier for that kind of stuff for me, and quite often it's here next day.
The temperature has risen to 0 degrees today and we haven't had snow for a couple of days. The council ran out of salt 2 days ago with another delivery due here on Monday. Hopefully we're near the end of the cold spell.
