If the temperature is 0 degrees but if "feels" -6 with wind chill etc..........what temperature is the water feeling? 0 or -6? Or am i being a nobby?

Wind chill does not express how cold the air is, it is a measurementof how cold the air feels based on loss of body heat. I have foundseveral web pages that confirm this, and not one that said wind chillcan freeze water.the above came from a quick search on google and they all say the same
