creating your own website ?

Just wondered what people use to create there own websites with ?

Anything free would be handy

ive done mine with office live which is free. 
Its not as pro as some ive seen,  I like to think it is  but it gets me jobs when ive done no canvassing or advertising else where.  ;D

With office live you have to take extra care with search engine optimisation as I'm told Google doesn't rank it as well,. but its a good place to start
