its hard water mate. u will need an ro 40/40 check the net for price think there about £240 from ro man. then fit that in  the van or garage .if u wold like to give me a phone send me ur number by email that way i can explain how it works with the ro as for the price of the van with 100m micro bore hose reel fited in van 100psi pump.250ltr tank plus 2 poles ones new the othere pole is used well. £1500 ono 9 months mot 5 months tax
