Management companies

just wondering how you make initial contact with the management companies of blocks of flats/appartments as there seems loads of them in an area i am targetting ??

Thanks for that but i was more interested in who you actually contact for cleaning newish build appartment blocks and how you go about finding out who the actual management company is and how to contact them ?

go to the flats before 12.00 push trade button and have a look for the corkboard the details r there some times
