Go back to your customers and explain that you do not have a business account, because they are expensive to run and you like to kept your costs/prices down.

abbey have a free business account for life with 100 cheque deposits per month ive never paid them a penny
same here. Just moved over from Lloyds after my "free" banking period ran out. Abbey is free for life, and they will close your old account for you if you ask, including transferring any direct debits/standing orders etc. over.

I have two personal accounts with HSBC, they know one is a business account, they have got a bit stroppy with me a few times trying to get me to open a business account.
I have told them that I will open an account somewhere else if they don't want carry on handling my cheques, they always give in an leave me alone for a while.
You can talk to them, they hate people closing accounts.
