never timed how long it takes, i suppose you can do £200 a day trad

by a day i mean 8.30 until 2pm (thats my working day) then i have to go and do other things, but i suppose if you worked a full day , you could earn a lot more
ive built up a good reputation in the area and as a result the round is building quickly
im not overkeen on selling this round as it is an affluent area, however if the price is right anything is for sale

I would pay  £4,000 up £6,000 if work is good
prices seem a bit cheap for the area

marcus if what he says is true you could work 8-4.30 and do around 300 a day at them figueres if that is one one that is quality work, alough i do think the prices seem extremly cheap.

If you go out for a day you can  see it being worked and find out if the numbers said are acheivable

as i said its not for sale unless the price is right
dont forget the £10 jobs are 2 bed semis and the £25 jobs are big houses, but if you notice the big houses have hardly got any glass 12 windows (if that)

the majority pay as you clean
if they're not in i usually invoice leaving a self adressed envelope for their convenience
i have never had to go collecting
as ive already said the work is not for sale unless the price is right
