How do you get it 'rinsed out' Trying to find someone in norfolk/suffolk who can do the active release technique but having no luck. Is this the same thing?

There are various techniques, Active Release being one of the more successful but practitioners are harder to find, they are mainly in London. Try seeking a out a good physio, just beware of the 'rug doctor' physios out there. Same goes for chiropractors.

Daryl

Don't believe in the "expert" label but while running my cleaning organisations I found the time to train in  Bowen Technique and added a few useful modalities otherwise I'd have been wheelchair bound several years ago.

Rob,

im just telling you what i was told and that was the treatment i had, they did also tell me that at sometime in the future i would have to have the more invasive operation.

I`m really pleased that you found a treatment that worked for you

Regards
