has anyone else found that the cheapest customer are the ones that moan the most. i had one old girl i felt sorry for and did a chaeap deal on. she moaned about everything, i wouldnt mind if the was a fault, but it was the usual insides filthy so it must be a mark on the outside.
in the end i told her that the proper price was double and i did not want her custom anymore.

Who in their right mind would unercut a fiver! Five pounds for a semi seems too cheap to me. I had a rude customer once so I said I have to put your price up by £2. She said that would be too much so problem solved, I didn't clean her windows again.  I will not work for ignorant people.  I'm friendly with my custys and they all are, in return. No bad ones left, thank God!

Years ago when I first started a woman asked why I hadn't cleaned the window above her porch. I explained to her that because of the  slate roof the window was far too dangerous to get too. She moaned and told me I had to. I told her to fuk off.................. but not that nicely.
