hi there
i would remove the word HOPE
if you are serious about geting into business, and it doesnt matter what business.
you need to define your potential market place, some people will advise domestice others will say commercial, there are benefits and pitfalls on both sides.
you need to ideally write a business plan, irrespective of whether you are seeking finance from a bank or not.
put down in writing your start up costs, and then you need to work to that budget, calculate what you need o earn, per month, that will then drive your required sales levels.
decide whether you are going to be a trading as, or a limited company, register with the IR , if limited company then reg at companies house, get the bank account sorted.
and then get on the phone to potential supplies, there are janitorial suppliers in most places these days, build a relationship with them, to neg a discount structure.
so youve got a lot to do, but dont just sit down one day and think, OH I WILL START A CLEANING COMPANY,
plan it and make life easier for yourself.
therefore take away the HOPE factor

martin
