How do you go about getting flat because where I live there are lot of flats that got dirty windows in teddington, twickenham & richmond and with my 42ft pole it be great if I can get some more work.

I don't think I want to be looking to clean council flat.

Can anyone can help me out here ???

I do a lot of flats and they are all through a management company.

The tenants pay a service charge yearly with the window cleaning in that but they have a budget and you have to hope your quote comes with in the budget.

The land has a landlord the flats are owned or rented by tenants so you would probably need to find out who services them.

Some flats don't have service charges and they have to seperatley have their windows cleaned but thats down to them .

the problem with that is you could canvas a block of 40-50 and get 10 say yes then if you are wfp and the person at the top wants their windows cleaned but not the one underneath your in stum.

How did you go about finding them?

I hope you don't mind me asking

What you could do is knock a few doors where the flats are and ask some of the tenants who are their management company if they say “don't know” ask them if they rent who do they pay their rent cheque to.

Then once you find out the management company give them your details but this is how it works

Each year the “landlord” who owns the land under the flats has a “budget" to get the windows cleaned for the tenants as they pay a service charge weather they own the flats or rent them .Then they have a meeting with the management agents who then i n turn give them a list of window cleaning company's with quotes and the best quote wins.

Sometimes it takes 6 months to a year this is because the management company cant give you the go ahead it has to come from the landlord of the ground the flats are standing on

Hey Easyclean, why is this a problem? Why are we in stum?  ???
