Well priced London domestic work for sale

Good quality, well established domestic work in Harrow and Hendon for sale.

£1400 per month in Harrow (x 4 = £5600)

£400 per month in Hendon (x4 = £1600)

£200 + per day easily achievable.

Hi,

May i ask how long the round has been established, how many working days the work in all areas takes, and whether it's been cleaned with the pole system or ladders?

The work has been done by ladders. The lowest hourly rate an average cleaner would do is £25 an hour traditional. Think more in terms of £30 average hourly rate.

x4 is more than you might pay for some rounds, but this work has been established for 7 years.
It wouldn't be worth me selling it for much less.
