Absolute nightmare was without internet access for 3 weeks, had to continually ring up for the internet box. Then when it came was unable to access the internet from 4.00 pm to 8.00 am for 5 months.
Must have rung around 50 times, always Indian call centres who talked a load of rubbish.
In the end I went into the shop and the girl behind the counter gave me the boss email. It took a month after contacting him to get it sorted out, did get compensation in the end.
