I wonder if there is a way off fitting one of these on your back door somehow but making it detachable, so its easy to remove after the job.

B&q.
There basically screw on crocodile clips, great for just grabbing the right size sqeegee for the job and keeps them clean too.

The blue squeegee gets used on residential , its just the right size to fit most windows.
The ninja is backup to my normal squeegee so I don't have to faff about changing rubbers on the job. I also use it on the end of a pole to remove any leaves and bits off con roofs before cleaning. It gets under the top plastic very well.

I always leave doors open when working, nothing has ever been nicked, yet lol.
Who would want to nick a squeegee anyway lol

What is wrong with simply leaving the squeegees in your bucket - or am I missing something here?
