I'm different to many - I won't put up with rubbish basically. If it's not doing what it's supposed to do then I'll bin it and try something else. Most things are ok at the moment - poles are pretty good brushes aren't too bad but pole hose is still crap, don't see why I should struggle with it if there is an alternative.

When you extend a pole to forty feet and the knot of hose jams in the butt and yanks the hose out of the brush connection the last thing I'm thinking about is having a laugh and a giggle.

I feel exactly the same.  I even bought some Streamline 5-lite to try as some said it was excellent stuff, not for me though alas. It drives me bonkers!! I prefer the Gardiner All  Season hose to that. The Streamline was promising at first but does exactly as you said in the quote above and pings out of the brush connector.
Need some engineer to design some decent all round hose that's versatile enough for summer and winter.
By the way, the Tecbuk aerial brush has better scrubbing power than the Supremes but costs twice as much!!
