Had mine over a year now and not one problem and have never had to charge my battery.Cheers.How many litres and miles do you do a day, Chris? Is it easy to install? Average 300-400 litres a day. 3 days a week I'm local within a 5 mile radius, 2 days a week I work in another town which is about 10 miles away. There was one occasion where I had the dreaded low battery indicator flashing so I kept the van running pretty much all day and it was nearly fully charged by the end of the day.Yes it was very easy to install. Like you I originally got one off fleabay that had terrible instructions and the relay itself wasnt charging the battery quick enough. The pure freedom one has very simple instructions, took me an hour to fit and charges 0.1 volts every minute or so.
