He's got Cleaner Planner on trial. All he needs to do is look at his income forecast for the year to see his earnings potential then decide if employing is such a great idea. I can only see this business going the same as the last one I'm afraid.

it wasnt me who made the mistake ive been led to believe there was 200 new customers etc on the system having got laptop back and going through window cleaner pro loads of old work was active on the system, the groupon deals i did were active, one off cleans etc were active so when the lads done a tally up of active customers hes told me 792 loads new customers, now im not sure if this is a setup up or a honest mistake to mislead me, my commercial work has all gone too but i couldnt care less its a fresh start and im raring to go out again loved chatting to the customers etc today

Odd to me.. surely you should of waited till you got your laptop back to see whats what with all the work and go through it before employing someone? Just because someone says you have got 700 odd customers you just take it as truth? friend family or not.

Whats all this crap with news letters and offers? just get out there and clean them get the money in and repeat the next visit! ive never ever needed any stupid offers in this business to bring work in.

Richy you need to stop judging the size of your business by the number of customers you have. 790 or 490 it really doesn't matter.

What does matter though is your round value which will be measured in £'s and not number of customers.

round values are pretty decent to be fair, when i say so many customers i know what value is in my head etc i go off average 12 quid

its just an explanation of whats going on with change in management, new limited company set up, new bank details, new payment methods and i put coupons on the bank which have proved to work as got three jobs today off them and only spoke to approx 25 people
