i was talking to a old customer whos about 80  well healthy for his age very pleasant and quiet , he just told me a similar story when he was young, at the time he was an apprentice for a firm and the bosses son worked there also, anyway after a few years of abuse from this kid he decided enough was enough as it was becoming a regular hassle. so in quiet he started to train ,gym, running ,cardio and boxing all with this guy in mind and eventually the day came and to the bullys surprise my custy looked him in the eyes and said with confidence this is a mans world lets sort it like men and took him out side and .....well you can guess the rest he wasnt picked on any more ;D

Thanks for replies. I have just wrote a letter to the boss explaining what happened and that im thinking of leaving. Thanks again

You should never have to deal with this in your working life. Are you employed? If so then your employer could be in hot water if nothing gets sorted, along with a crippling pay out.

I'm confused, do you work full time for this company?
Or are you a stubby?
Looking at your back posts it would seem you're self employed.

report it to the boss and tell him to do something about it,then you will take it further

cause if he doesn't then you go to the police, and if he does then lay a finger on you your have both of then in front of the police.

keep all records and when it happened who you spoke to and when.

Spot on

As an employee you have the right to work in an environment which is safe, as an employer your boss must ensure that everything is done properly.

If I were you I would seek professional advise immediately.
Citizens advise is a good place to start, they will tell you how to proceed in the correct way.

You have rights which are clearly being abused.
If your boss does nothing I would take him to the court.

In the meantime take the advise above and look to start up on your own, you wont regret it.

When it comes to fighting i know what i'm talking about! I'm not being big headed just honest!

Firstly DO NOT hit this guy!!! believe it or not there is a big risk of seriously injuring him if you catch him right (in the jaw or temple etc. Or if you hit him anywhere hard enough) or even killing him... Yes thats right, you can end up accidently killing a person if you knock them to the ground and they hit there head on concrete! It happens more than you may realise.

secondly, most (if not all) bullies are scared and lack real confidence, thats why they pick on only people who they think they can physicaly dominate. what you need to do my friend is learn gracie jiu jitsu. Its the only proven system of self defence that enables a weaker smaller person to defend themselves again bigger and stronger people!

Don't take my word for it though, Look at some youtube videos of it. gracie jiu jitsu is what started off the ufc (cage fighting as its commonly known) for the last 100 years gjj practicioners have been proving there style over others via an open invattion to all comers regardless of size, strength and athletic ability and fighting knowlegde!

If you wanna leanr it, which by the way anyone can. Go here to start yourself off...  www.gracieuniversity.com

Any questions just ask me!

All the best

And as the late grand master once said " A few honest unafraid words will put a bully in his place"
