If its on tape it should now be out of your hands - the police don't let victims decide if the attacker Is charged or not

i was attacked about 18 months ago by three people.i had to do a runner and called the police while being attacked.when they disd turn up the police were no real help at all.

this did prompt me to start to learn wing chun.funny enough about a month ago two guys approached me after a class (not that they knew ).i managed to put one on the floor straight away and the other one backed off.i then got out of there as quick as i could.

its a dangerous world guys ,learn how to protect yourself.

its not over guys. he  didn't exactly hurt me . if he did i would have a different attitude to it . i'm a little embarrassed for him  tbh. i think he will try something again especially when i tease him a little next week at asda . seats anyone?.

An apology would be nice but is trying to rub his nose in it. You should just let him know that if he pays his bill you 'won't take the assault any further.'
You shouldl both get closure out of it then.

Take him (her) to court for loss of wages due to injurry and cost and money owed.

 giveing it large and takeing the guy to court wont put cowboys van out when it sets alight one night nore will it fit new windows in his house at 1am let alone what good happen on a dark morning when going to work ! unless you can fight fire with fire and be a bigger bully then this nutter i would just write the 300 off myself

Yes but as long as you don't let it destroy your confidence, yoiu can make it financially work for you if he has another go. Maybe with a bit of foresight, personal injury insurance could be in place for the next time. Then i think the criminal injuries board pay out some cash as well?

I must admit i wouldn't ask a customer for payment out shopping.

I have been shopping many times in asdas when customers have come up to me and paid, sorry but if im owed £300 i would go and ask when are you going to pay me

great answer ! i live with a 18 stone travler that fights for fun every weekend and guess what ? you and him should get togather

 you can both just smile when theres a knifes hanging out of you  both as you take your last breath i am sure your love one will be happy knowing you died happy !  come use i bit you commen and think about it 300 pounds is a lot too lose but theres one then one way to skin a cat

Official caution,? GBH it is! Seriously, take this as far as you can!! Somebody threw something at me through the window some time ago, sadly the police couldn't find them as they were travellers. They said it's GBH, and somebody attacking you definitely is.

bloody hell , police didnt even do anything.. i know its his word againts yours but imagine if someone was really hurt say a jaw was broken ? would they still just act in the  manner ? what he done he should get arrested for abh, sounds to me unless something is on camera or you have a whitness these scum bags can get away with anything..

i know this is pointless but why does he owe you £300 , sounds alot for a domestic , personally if its the first time you are trading with someone i never give them more then £50 worth of credit if its more which is rare they will have to pay up front did you do like a conny roof,windows,gutters,power washed drive sounds like a big job
