well i live in liverpool and we tend not to get the police involved , but i think its a disgrace and you should tell the police , were all in this together mate drop him in it  >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(
What difference dose living in Liverpool make to phoning the old bill?
Yes mate get the law involved.

I thought the same. All this looking after your own nonsense gets nothing good done. The old bill are there for a reason, use them. Sometimes they even get things done! If its all on CCTV your in a good position. Do him, then sue him too. Hope he goes down for a very long time.

Tomorrow would be fine; it's not an emergency anymore.

Course you should get the police involved straight away! and make court proceedings for the 300 he owes you. even if it cost me more just for the principal i would do it.
Dave.

police turned up . he told me he would review the footage on the cctv. its possible the camera was facing the right way but unlikely. no witnesses either . so the best he could help me is he would go and see him and give him a caution. although not an official one . cop out springs to mind . i should of just belted him( not the copper) lol . unless the cctv proves helpful of course .......police are coming back in a hour after reviewing the tapes

It's not a cop out if there isn't any CCTV; it's your word against his.

I was threatened offline by someone on here. There was text message evidence. Threatening. The best they (police) reckoned they could do was caution (unofficial) the fella as he claimed it was a member of staff.

You'll be lucky if they threaten him with anything, it's your word against his. They won't bother, I wouldn't.

The guy that threatened me was Scottish, from Perth. First name Gordon.

After a very brief  discussion in-store with a customer services manager at my local Asda i was given £5 in cash and asked to sign a form acknowledging i am barred from every Asda store and petrol forecourt in the UK.

The missus had a right go at me today in Asda, at the check-out, in front of loads of other shoppers  :-[.
She was calling me a lazy **** and really shouting.
I was that shocked, I nearly fell out of the trolley.
