You won't scratch the glass using the end to soap up the little panes,if you have a lot of this type of window you are better to have a spare sleeve and just use the sleeve in your hand,like a cloth, not on the t bar ;)

I never scratched a window using the pad on the end, and I never used a scrapper lol, never scratched a window, that I've noticed....

Ks cleaning thanks for the input and the tip m8 I have tried to scratch my windows today at my house with the end pad and end of the t bar and it ain't hapnin !!! I even tried to do it with the bare tbar and nothing lol so I'm a little more happy and know it's unlikely iv caused the scratches on my customers house now iv tried this!

No probs Richy,happened to me before  :'(,some glass will scratch easier than others a suppose
