The CLX-27 is a fantastic everyday pole. It's light and closes down to only about 5 feet yet extends to allow you to reach third floor windows without any hassle. There is no better pole for the money.

craig how long have you been using said pole really interested on wear and tear , many thanks mike

I've had the pole since about November last year so heading into six months. Wear and tear wise, it's holding up very well. I used glass fibre poles before and the clamps were nowhere near as good, wearing away the pole and resulting in spinning sections. The clamps on the CLX are the big attraction because as soon as they come slightly loose it's easy to tighten them with no tools required. I'm confident that I'll be using the CLX in a years time whilst with previous poles I didn't have that confidence.

How does it compare with Ionics grafter pole?  Seems they are somewhat similar.
