i looked at a few b4 going for the 2008 vivaro, like somebody else said in 4-5 years time transits look like cack were as i see 2002 vivaros still looking nice when looked after, also i felt the transit was still abit like driving a tractor were as the vivaro is more like driving a 4x4 imo. ;)

Take a look at Peugeot Boxer from 2008 onwards, we get galaxy miles from ours, which is MWB High Roof. Looks modern, drives better than most cars.......

yes it carries 750 litres, and is usualy full to start off with, but try and put tank near to bulk head as helps alot with carrying, yes i would recommend one, we also have a 56 plate transit - again, very good, my little van whn i sell it i would probably go for another transit

Look at a brand new tranny, it looks almost identical to a 1960s mk 1, mechanicaly trannys may be decent but they look cack and are rust buckets, plus they have the dreaded Ford badge on them  ;D

I fancied one as well, but after speaking to 3 mechanics and garages I've been warned away from them.

Apparently they see at least double as many new Transits come in as Trafics, and most of the time they need picking up, so I may stick with what I know and has been great.

Apparently the new TDCi in the Transits is prone to injector and ignition faults and leaving you stranded.
The previous versions were good, but not the new one.

Shame, I quite liked it...
