Remember they uselly only get cleaned once a year. So you can emagine how dirty they can get.

Just cleaned a school, first time its been done for 3 years, we have the contract now and it is to be cleaned twice a year.

We priced it on how long it would take to clean it,  which we thought would be a day, we actually cleaned it in 5 hours (2 of us) so we charged a day rate which was making it well worth while to us and the school accepted the price, happy days and another good job on the books  ;D
A bad days fishing is better than a good days work !

At most they want it once a term and ask for quotes from three different window cleaners.

I've quoted for two schools and never got either.
