Lee I completely admire what your doing, but in sales myself and already selling in this industry - Im just interested in how your getting your leads to sell on? On the telesales side of the business I know the call rates etc, but for the business to come to you must be fantastic.

But hats off to you, and I really hope you do well.

I admit there is SOME similar things there but not what I think will be the key to it.

Kate I got your email thanks, if you would like to give me your number I will call for a chat, we may be able to work together on my project.
The best way to predict the future is to create it.

Hi Guys,

To be honest I've been trying to stay out of Lee's thread after reading it the other day.

I do think it sounds similar to what we did a couple of years ago, but I don't see anything wrong with this. I thought at the time there was a lot of scope for such an idea...and still do, but what I found was that it was a nightmare to administer.

My scheme was subscription based, some guys did very well out of it whilst some guys in other areas had few or no leads. We only ran the scheme for about three months I think and called it quits.

The way I see it is that rather than a subscription based system, where you may or may not be passed quotes or work in your area, Lee is proposing a "pay as you go" scheme where you only pay for guaranteed leads.

I think Matt remembers the scheme as I passed him a very nice lead...which he sent me a case of beer for, which was very nice!

Good luck...be interested to know how it works out, you're welcome to contact me Lee on 07900 800 315.

Cheers,

Huw

Not sure if I'm quite sure what it's about, but I'm based in Guildford, with established work in the villages leading to Cranleigh and (half way to) Dorking. I do not actually cover Cranleigh and Dorking at the moment, but providing the job is big enough it's not a problem as such. Might not be 100% what you want, but you can always send me an email, it's in my profile.
