That's a bit of a difference from the £99 or so some suppliers were knocking them out at a few years back

They have a tendency to clog up too b/c whatever you tell 'em they don't give them a tap every now and then. Had a spate of calls on repairs and thought just stick to cleaning carpets for the sake of a tenner profit.

Makes you wonder what the actual retail price of these are at source?
I bought mine through Somerfields some years ago for £20 or thereabouts, but it clearly all depends on who is putting their sticker on the front of things.

Neil, I can tell you that some years ago I bought a wrist blood pressure monitor for £29.99, they are available now for around £12 to £20. I put the serial number into Google and was directed to a Chinese website that was offering them for, get this, THIRTY PENCE each, but you had to buy a minimum of fifty and the shipping was free, then you have to add on import duty and VAT, so you do the math.
