hi,
    i may have a small round for sale in the very near future, so i am just seeing if there is any interest

the round generates £467 monthly without extras. prices ranging from £13 to £60, averaging £30-£35ph, (and im not the quickest) I can do it on my own in less than 3 days. there is also a good scope for expansion

the round is very nice work and is compact in Alderley edge, all the customers are great payers, as you can imagine, in this area. most pay on the day by either cash or cheque, if not i just leave an envolope and they send a cheque. it is 100% wfp at the min but could easily be done trad also.

my brother had the round for about 13 year, ive owned it for the last 3 year, but also worked for him for 3 year before i took it over.

there is also lots of extras including gutter cleans, con roofs and ive been asked about jetwashing before now but i dont offer this service.

i am looking for £2800 for the work. Thanks

im guessing you most only do 4/5 hours work a day?

yeh dont really do full days. the prices have been the same for the last 3 year so they will also be due a rise when the new cleaner decides.

ive also got a small round in wilmslow that i will be selling, nice houses but not as big as the alderley edge work, and a little more spread out, still quite compact tho with an average of £35 p/h. if anyone is interested in the work in wilmslow ill post the details up for that too.

the alderley edge work is 7 big properties with gates etc, really nice houses. there is also a small bungalow. 3 detached houses, and a few retirement flats.
this brings in £467 p/m and im looking for £2800
ive had a sudden change of circumstances which means i will sell if i can, if not i have got somebody that is willing to rent the work off me.
 
the wilmslow work is houses ranging from £10 to £20. most of it is on 1 estate with a few jobs just down the road. it really is easy work tho, ive had this work about 12 month as i was building it up, and still get calls on this estate, you could easily expand on this.
there is £227 p/m on this round, i do it in 1 full day.
i want £1000 for this.
