cheers matt, but any ideas how to take these plates off?or do you think i should just cut into the floor?

either metal hole saw

or some a 1/2" HSS bit and a jigsaw

cut the holes and mount the unit you have under the bumper

no holes in the van sides or door, just a few holes in the floor

sorry to go off topic but just took a look at your website MR D.

its got a LOT of spelling mistakes in it and doesn't scan properly.
(  I know i'm picky but doesn't look too professional and could cost you work. )

You might want to check it out.

I have an 02 fiat doblo and found that the bottom locking bracket can be adjusted to allow the door to be closed over the microbore and be locked if need be.
However i am the same as a previous poster and have never had the need to do this on more than a few occassions.

putting van ports in that i bought from craig at polarbrite,im scared of drilling holes in my van, whereabouts do i drill and what drill bit do i need.
any advice would be great place as im worried i could make a mess up or weaken my van.
anyone else put one in?
heres the link for the one i bought from him.the bumper ports

Clee, is it the right angle port or the socket type?
I have the right anlge on and I have plumbed to the opposite side of the van to the exhaust, I use a circular cutting tool for metal, I use the 20mm cutting tool.
Then push the hose through the holes connect them to the hozelock connectors then silicone the gap around the hose, where it goes through the floor.

It took me about half hour to put my port on.

Thanks Simon 4 the heads up.

I know I keep meaning to sort it but been to busy. The site only really generates sales me so I'm not overly fussed.

But then saying that It could  be because of my awful spelling. lol
