what have you spent 20grand on matt? are you still using the old escort van or have you bought a brand new van?

sounds a lot  unless you bought a load of work and ionics rip off system!  ::) ::)

Spent loads Daz, still got the escort, that cost a grand, then nearly £2,000 at purefreedom, then bought several poles and pumps, pressure washers and extandable lances, then flyers and having them delivered.
plus the running costs like fuel insurance etc, water etc.
all of that was put on our credit cards as the banks were not lending early last year.

well i hope you get the work to pay for it matt!im doing ok trad with wfp plugged into custys outside taps for conny cleans,fascias,soffits and i have a good solid customer base and put 80% of my prices up.some i really hiked up and only lost 4!im well happy! ;D ;D

all the money im spending on van/wfp/pumps/poles/leaflets/logo d uniforms etc im earning first and not on credit.i prefer it for my own financial peace of mind! ;D ;D

Daz we had to get the WFP unit pretty quickly as I secured a contract that needed it, but then that fell through 6 months later as they went bust.

I know mate, now she can concentrate on our internet shop we are setting up, along with moving in to our unit.

For the WFP unit yes, but still paying for the rest of the equipment we got.
but its all looking brighter, I have a polar-Vak, pressure washer, WFP.
plenty to offer customers.

best wishes for the future matt building your business in essex!itll come good for ya in the end!you win some/lose some.i concentrate mainly on domestic and big residential.i have got a few small commercial jobs but im not pushing that side!

im gonna try and build a round like roy hardings got over the next few years!!7-10 big well priced houses a day every day!! :D ;D ;D

not as easy as it sounds but im improving my round every year!! ;) :) :)
