I am starting to wear a hard hat for the gutter cleaning.
This is because the vac could pick up a piece of pointing, or other large debris that could fall if I catch it in the side of the gutter.


I did see a sky engineer wear a helmet for going up a ladder, he wasn't going higher that the first floor!!

simple thing is just don't go up ladders as its illegal and your insurance is invalid in the event of an accident!

thats suprising then, alexandra swan have insured me for gutter cleans off a ladder

i would think anyone cleaning windows up a ladder wouldnt need an helmet ,surely there head would be thick enough to deflect anything ;D ;D

  I'd look like an accident waiting to happen if I wore my bike leathers - they are that scuffed from crashes even the local KTM shop refused me a test ride due to the state of them!
