i think thats way over the top steve in my book!i would of just moved on to the next house if there all in a row.if she had said "not today" on a second visit i would say" do you want to go on 2 monthly?"if not then id drop her.

most custys ive found will accept a 2monthly clean 9 times out of 10 and youve still got the customer.

id be more worried about your attitude to your custys.you could lose a lot more if you were window cleaning in the north west!!

spot on Daz, communication is key, were offering a service, not demanding they take it. A northern girl would of put him in his place

with some of them northern girls its hard to know wether its a bloke or not

"im not needing my windows washed this month. i'll let you know when i need them washed again. thanks  91 ***********"

Anyway, if she was to text back a few months down the line, how would you reply

a. do them as usual
b. do them but add a few quid on
c. "sorry luv, im too busy"

I know how i would answer, but how would you?

The fact people use text message to cancel annoys me, whats wrong with a good old fashioned phone call 

Atleast she informed you before you got there.
You would be far more annoyed with her if you got there, set up then she came out saying she doesn't want them doing.
