He's advertising for an admin person, these duties would presumably, after revenue streams, include the appointment or otherwise of mods.Getting rid of the 'deadwood' is always a newboys first job.Some might be able to stay on possibly after ' a good squareing up'.

I think Gold would make a good mod.  He's got good communication skills, seems fair to me, and doesn't get involved in the bitch fights.

I was thinking more along the lines of Terry Waite or David Frost or even comic book guy from the Simpsons  :)
